We offer the following choices at checkout:
- Flat Rate Shipping: Available for most Canadian addresses
- Local Pickup: Select a scheduled time to pick up your order from our Edmonton location
- Expedited Shipping: Real-time calculated rates via Canada Post, based on weight and postal code
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.
We use the Canada Post plugin for WooCommerce to ensure:
- Accurate real-time shipping rates at checkout
- Printable shipping labels for fast dispatch
- Reliable tracking for every order
- Seamless calculation based on weight and package size
This ensures your shipping cost is fair and transparent—and your parcel gets where it needs to go, on time.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We offer refunds or replacements for eligible issues.
Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened packages unless there is a confirmed quality concern.
