Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests beyond this period.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Return Shipping and Exchanges
We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items. Exchanges are offered at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
